Plain Terms, No Surprises.

Cancellation

• Sedan, SUV, and First Class rides: a minimum of 12 hours' notice is required. Cancel free of charge with 12 or more hours' notice; inside 12 hours, the full fare applies.
• Specialty vehicles (Sprinter, party bus, stretch limousines): a minimum of 36 hours' notice is required. Cancel free of charge with 36 or more hours' notice; inside 36 hours, the full fare applies.
• Hourly rides (standard classes): cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours, the full fare applies.

Waiting Time

• Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands — we track your flight, so delays don't cost you.
• All other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting.
• After the free window, waiting is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle class, in 15-minute increments.

No-Show

If a passenger does not arrive and cannot be reached after the full waiting window, the ride is charged in full. Your chauffeur will always call and text before leaving.

Changes

Date, time, and address changes are free up to the cancellation deadline for your ride type. Vehicle-class upgrades are billed at the difference in fare.

Payment

Every quote from Grace Limo Service is all-inclusive — taxes, tolls, and standard fees are in the price you see. No hidden charges, ever. We accept all major cards; a payment link is sent with your confirmation. Gratuity for your chauffeur is always at your discretion.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to run your ride — name, phone, pickup and drop-off, and flight number if you share it. Your information is used to provide your service and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
